I did not ride today. Although throughout this journey, I have encountered a lot of traffic at times, the day after the 4th of July did not appeal to me as a good day to be riding a bicycle on a highway with little shoulder and a lot of all size and types of camper traffic.
We took a road trip and just so happened to come across what appeared to me a possible family of four moose in the “Moose County of America!” (I figure if Walden is the Moose Capital of America, Jackson County must be the Moose County of America.)
Tomorrow headed to the halfway home spot of Glen Echo Resort on the Cache La Poudre River. One more pass – Cameron Pass.
